Nutritionist & Meal Preparation
Our experienced nutritionist can guide families to decide what food best supports the needs for your loved ones. While our Homemakers and Hospice Aides can even help prepare necessary meals.

Our certified, licensed military chaplains, volunteers, and home aides are uniquely equipped to provide compassionate, personalized care to our military patients and their families - offering guidance, comfort, and presence during life's most sacred moments.
Holistic Therapies
We offer a wide range of additional holistic treatments to support pain management. Our therapy dogs boost a patient's awareness and connection to the world around them. We also offer music therapy such as Sound Bath Healing as well as traditional therapeutic music played by our volunteers. In addition, Reiki offers calming sessions restoring balance. A Legacy of Compassion and Care
From the time she was a little girl, my mom, Vivian, dreamed of becoming a nurse. Her greatest joy was bringing comfort and peace to patients in their final moments of life. It didn’t take long for her to discover her true calling in hospice care, where she could make the most profound difference for both patients and their families.
Working within large healthcare networks, my mom realized something was missing: a deeply personal and customized approach to hospice care. She believed that every family deserved more than just clinical treatment—they deserved compassion, dignity, and individualized support during such a tender time. So in 2003, Vivian took a leap of faith and founded Community Care Hospice in Los Angeles, determined to create the kind of hospice care she envisioned.
For over 20 years, my mom poured her heart into serving families with unparalleled dedication. When she passed away, it became our family’s mission to continue her work and honor the incredible legacy she built. Now, with our new location serving the Orange County area, it is our greatest privilege to carry forward her vision of personalized, compassionate care.
