Pets boost a patient's awareness and connection to the world around them. Our trained service dogs provide emotional as well as physical support. Additionally, we offer Reiki along with Music and Healing Touch Therapies. These are calming sessions that restore energy balance.

A Legacy of Compassion and Care
From the time she was a little girl, my mom, Vivian, dreamed of becoming a nurse. Her greatest joy was bringing comfort and peace to patients in their final moments of life. It didn’t take long for her to discover her true calling in hospice care, where she could make the most profound difference for both patients and their families.
Working within large healthcare networks, my mom realized something was missing: a deeply personal and customized approach to hospice care. She believed that every family deserved more than just clinical treatment—they deserved compassion, dignity, and individualized support during such a tender time. So in 2003, Vivian took a leap of faith and founded Community Care Hospice in Los Angeles, determined to create the kind of hospice care she envisioned.
For 21 years, my mom poured her heart into serving families with unparalleled dedication. When she passed away, it became our family’s mission to continue her work and honor the incredible legacy she built. Now, with our new location serving the Orange County area, it is our greatest privilege to carry forward her vision of personalized, compassionate care.
